Adds a method to the Logstash bridge so that the Elastic Integration filter for Logstash can wire up ES-internal logging to Logstash's Log4j supplier.

I am not sure why ./gradlew :modules:data-streams:test is failing. Our change isn't used anywhere yet or will be used in Logstash elastic_integration plugin.

And I get 🟢 build with ./gradlew :modules:data-streams:test on my local.
